We are seeking a highly experienced Operating Room RN for a busy 12-suite General OR performing 14+ cases daily.

⚠️ This is NOT an entry-level OR role. Strong trauma and ortho experience required.

🏥 Unit Details

• 12 General OR Suites
• 1 CVOR (not required unless specified)
• 1 Hybrid Room
• 1:1 Ratio
• EMR: Cerner Surginet
• No floating

• Trauma
• Ortho (Total Joints)
• General Surgery
• GYN
• Urology
• ENT
• Plastics
• Vascular
• Neuro
• Robotics (Da Vinci)

(No transplants)

✅ Requirements

✔ 3–5 years OR RN experience
✔ Trauma + Ortho REQUIRED
✔ General OR experience
✔ BLS required
✔ Comfortable working independently
✔ Travel experience preferred

RN scrubbing preferred but not required.

⏰ Shifts (8 Hours)

• 6:45a–3:15p
• 2:45p–11:15p
• 10:45p–7:15a

📞 Call Required:

• 4–8 weekday calls per 4 weeks
• Weekend call varies by shift
• 30-minute response time
• 1 major + 1 minor holiday

⚠️ Night shift RN will be the only RN with 1 tech — must be highly experienced.
