Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds : 4
- Patient Ratios :1:1
- Unit staffing description- RNs, support from CNC, secretary, Manager, etc. shared with CVOR
- Type of equipment : GE Carescape Monitoring, Fuji u/s
- Documentation system: Cerner
- Scheduling requirements: M-F 0500-1330
- On Call Requirements: Stay late 1-2/week
- Floating policy: Within scope of practice and experience
- Patient Experience requirements: Critical Care experience a must, PreOp experience a plus

- Certifications: BLS
Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set: BCMA, excellent documentation, ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-acuity patient area, excellent communication skills with interdepartmental team
Must have: good critical thinking skills
Advanced skills needed:
Procedures performed on unit: large-bore IV starts, chin to toe hair removal, medication administration, skin assessment, assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement. Transport patient to OR; assist with induction/intubation, positioning, and skin prep
Certifications Required: BLS
