American Consultants is looking for a travel CT Tech for an overnight position at a facility in Ohio.

Pay Package:

Taxable: $46/hour ($1656.00/week)

Tax Free: $1246/week

Total: $2902/week

Position Summary

The Travel CT Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) procedures in a variety of healthcare settings on a temporary assignment basis. This role requires adaptability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to integrate quickly into new teams and environments while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Ensure proper patient positioning, preparation, and safety during CT exams
• Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring optimal image quality
• Administer contrast media when applicable and monitor patients for adverse reactions
• Follow radiation safety standards and infection control protocols
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in EMR systems
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards
• Adapt quickly to new clinical settings, workflows, and teams

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Active ARRT certification (R) required
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Current state licensure (as required by assignment location)
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent CT experience preferred
• Experience with multiple CT systems (e.g., GE, Siemens, Philips) preferred
