Required Certifications & Licensure

ARRT (R)
ARRT (CT)
BLS
Current Washington State license
ARRT accredited in CT

Required Experience

Minimum 1 year CT experience
At least 2 years CT experience for first-time travelers
GE scanner experience within the past 1 year (hard stop)
Stroke protocol efficiency experience (required)
Level II Trauma experience (required)
Epic charting experience (required)

Required Equipment Experience

GE VCT 64-slice
GE HD750
GE Frontier 64-slice
Must have recent GE experience (within 1 year)

Required Work Expectations

Must float between ER and Main CT
Must take call
Must work weekends
Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays
Must work in a high-volume environment
Must follow hospital policies (KRONOS usage, break policy, cell phone policy)
All time-off requests must be submitted before contract approval

Compliance Requirements

2 supervisory references covering 1 year within last 3 years
No local candidates (50-mile radius rule)
Background/ Nursys disclosures required at submission
