Position Overview

• Primary Unit: CVOR
• Will float to Main OR if CVOR volume is low
• First‑time travelers accepted
• Scrubs provided
• BLS required
• RTO must be submitted with profile
• Block/special scheduling not accommodated unless approved at booking

Required Experience & Skills

Must‑Have

• 1.5+ years CVOR experience
• Scrub experience required
• Heart & lung transplant proficiency required
• Kidney transplant experience highly preferred
• Experience with:
  • Valve replacement
  • Coronary artery bypass
  • TAVR
  • Aortic dissection
  • VATS
• Hybrid room & endovascular experience required, including:
  • Endovascular AAA
  • Carotid endarterectomy
  • Arteriogram / angiogram
  • TCAR
  • AV fistula
  • Fem‑Pop bypass

Call Requirements

• Two weekday call shifts (8 hours):
  • 15:00–23:00 or 23:00–07:00
• One 24‑hour weekend call shift per month (Sat/Sun)

Float Expectations

When floating to Main OR, cases may include:

• General surgery
• Laparoscopic surgery
• GYN
• Robotics
• Ortho / Neuro
• Vascular
• Pediatrics

Unit & Charting

• Charting: Epic
• Scrubs: Provided

Certifications

• AHA BLS
