Description

LTC nurse needed in Petoskey, Michigan to provide safe, consistent care for residents in a long term care setting. This role focuses on medication administration, routine assessments, monitoring and reporting changes in condition, wound and skin care support as applicable, and accurate documentation. You will work closely with CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to follow care plans, support resident comfort and dignity, and maintain a smooth, organized shift.

Active Michigan nursing license required (RN or LPN depending on the opening). LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred. BLS commonly required. Strong communication, time management, and reliability are important, with comfort supervising or supporting CNAs as needed. EMR experience is a plus. Weekend and holiday rotation may apply.
