Description

Role Responsibilities:

• Required to prioritize start of care visits

• Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants

• Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits

• Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit

• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office

• Be generally responsive during normal business hours

Requirement: CA PT License and one year of Home Health experience

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday and one weekend a month rotation

Shift Information: Days 5x8-Hours State License Details: Must Be Currently Active Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year Sub Specialties: Physical Therapist - Home Health
