Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN to provide exceptional, life‑saving care to critically ill or injured patients. As a highly skilled critical care nurse, you will care for patients experiencing severe medical conditions such as strokes, heart attacks, respiratory failure, sepsis, or those recovering from major or invasive surgeries.

In this role, you will use advanced clinical judgment, strong assessment skills, and rapid decision‑making to support patients and their families during complex and high‑acuity situations. Our ideal candidate is analytical, calm under pressure, and an excellent communicator.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Minimum 2 years of recent, hands‑on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting required
• Active RN License (compact or single‑state) required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Provide continuous, high‑quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests
• Monitor patient progress and recovery
• Respond quickly and appropriately to medical emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct follow‑up assessments and ensure seamless continuity of care
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
