Travel - CT Technologist

Location: Houston, TX

Position Overview

The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.

Minimum Requirements

One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging
Hospital 1 year experience- comfortable with ER environment
TMB Medical Radiologic Technologist General Certificate, ARRT R.T. (R) (CT) & BLS
Equipment: EPIC , Siemens CT Machine ; familiar with ER setting

*Local rate is $60/hr.
