Title: Medical Lab Scientist (MLT/MT/MLS)

Location: Philippi, WV

Duration: 13 Weeks (Option to Extend)

Shift: Nights – 3x12 or 4x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM); Mid/Night shifts available

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing in a hospital clinical laboratory setting
• Conduct routine and complex diagnostic testing in accordance with laboratory standards
• Ensure accurate specimen processing, analysis, and result reporting
• Maintain quality control and compliance with laboratory policies and procedures
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of laboratory experience (2 years preferred)
• National certification required (MLT/MT/MLS)
• WV state license or Compact license (pending license acceptable)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only with signed physician note and completed exemption form; no religious exemptions accepted)
• RTO must be included at time of submission
• Minimum 2 manager/charge references within the past 2 years
• Certifications must be listed at time of submission

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior travel experience
• 2 years of laboratory experience
