- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate of Science in Nursing
Description
UNIT: NICU
Minimum Experience: 2 years level III NICU experience required. At least 1 travel assignment completed preferred - Mom Baby experience a plus; Transport experience preferred
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS (American Heart), NRP, Active WI-RN or Compact license
Charting Experience Required: EPIC charting within last 12 months
OMH has Level 2 NICU (32wks & above) WMH has Level 3 NICU (everything but surgical)
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 52 16 bed unit WMH, 5 bed unit OMH
Float Requirements: Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital & Mukwonago. Will also float to Mom/Baby and throughout hospital as sitter if not needed in NICU.
