Start date: ASAP
MODALITY: PT
smoke free hospital, and Flu Shot is a must!
REQUIREMENTS:***can not submit a cln that has been at any Sentara site for a year. Must take 6 month break before returning,
Must have Va license and two years experience
PT population: Adult ortho some neuro for gait/balance/falls, higher level CVA
PT expected to see in a day: 12-15
Type of cases seen: General adult Ortho light neuro which would include gait/balance/falls
Must have at least 2 year travel exp
WEEKS: 13 weeks
SHIFT: 8:00-4:30 (Mon-Fri)
ON CALL: NA.
PAY GWW: Yes
Billing/Cycle: weekly (Sun-Sat)
LIC: VA
