Description

📌 Registered Nurse (RN) – Cath Lab | Dubuque, IA

Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 4x9 hr shifts, 0645 – 1615, 36 hrs/week
Call/Weekends: 50% call, including every other weekend & every other holiday

Unit Info:

  • Patients/Scans per day: 4
  • Equipment: Artis Zee C-Arm, Impella, IABP, Acist Injector
  • Scrubs: Light blue, hospital provided
  • Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
  • Role: Primary/Secondary circulator in Cath Lab (will NOT scrub)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 24 months experience in Cardiac/Cath Lab
  • EPIC CUPID EMR experience highly preferred
  • Must have completed at least 1 travel contract in the past 12 months (no first-time travelers)
  • Equipment experience: Artis Zee C-Arm, Impella, IABP, Acist Injector
  • Med Surg, Tele, or Med/Tele experience – 24 months current required
  • Active Iowa RN license or compact/multistate at time of submission
  • Professional reference from a supervisor/charge nurse within 24 months preferred
  • Driver’s license required

Certifications:

  • ACLS (American Heart Association or ARC)
  • BLS (American Heart Association or ARC)
  • NIH Stroke Scale (preferred, can be obtained during onboarding)
