Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room (OR)
Job Type: Travel / Local (Local rate applies)
Shift: Day Shift – 4x10s
On-Call Requirement:
• Call required 2 times per month
• Weekend call every 6th weekend
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our surgical services team. The ideal candidate will have strong OR experience, be comfortable with call responsibilities, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced perioperative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instruments prior to procedures
• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures and maintain sterile technique
• Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and surgical protocols
• Accurately document all perioperative care in the medical record
• Participate in on-call rotation as required
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience (required)
• Travel experience required
• Active Massachusetts RN License (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• Ability to work 4x10 day shifts
• Willingness to take call as scheduled

• No fixed schedule available – flexibility required
• Call responsibilities are mandatory
