About Facility:o 182 licensed bedso Trauma Level IV Designationo Teaching Hospitalo Chest Pain Centero Stroke Centero Radius rule: Traveler s permanent address must be 50 miles outside of home unit? Department Information:o Average patients/day across modalities: 325o Minimum Years of Experience required: at least 1 year o Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes? Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:o Will see a variety of diagnoses across ED, Inpatient and Outpatient areas? Required License, National Certification, Certs (BLS, ACLS, etc.), or other position specific requirements such as Driver's License and/or Insurance:o All modalities will require photo ID collected during compliance processo NC State Licensure is not requiredo CT Tech: BLS; ARRT(R) (CT)o Dual Modality CT/DX: BLS; ARRT (R)(CT)? Skills required:o Varies based on modality discussed during interview? Support within the Department:o Nursing, Transport? Technology/Equipment:o EMR: EPICo Department specific Equipment: Siemens, GE? Floating: If yes, where?o N/A? Orientation (facility and unit): o NEO online courseso 3-5 days departmental depending on modality?
