Director of Nursing (DON)

📍 Location: TBD
🏥 Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
5+ years of nursing leadership/management experience preferred
Long-Term Care experience preferred (Acute/Rehab a plus)
BLS desired (not required)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Role Overview:
The Director of Nursing oversees all nursing operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant patient/resident care. Responsible for staffing, clinical leadership, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Assumes Administrator duties as needed.
