Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Hospital and or case management experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Midas, interqual, meditech, experience in acute hospital case management

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

Assessment, evaluations
Dc planning with patients and families

Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license in Florida or a compact state.

Education: ADN (BSN preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of clinical experience, .

Traveler shall be scheduled in accordance with facility policy and is expected to work every other weekend and Holidays in rotation with Hospital employees.
