Job Details:Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis (Chronic) Location: Sheboygan, WI Duration: 13 weeks  Shift: DayWeekly hours: 40 Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1year of RN Chronic (Dialysis) experience.</li><li>Must have RN license</li><li>Must have BLS.</li></ul> Responsibility:<ul><li>Monitor patients undergoing dialysis treatment, ensuring their comfort and safety.</li><li>Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians.</li><li>Assess patients' vital signs and adjust treatment parameters as necessary.</li><li>Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and kidney disease management.</li><li>Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.</li><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nephrologists and technicians.</li><li>Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.</li><li>Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a clean dialysis environment.</li></ul>
