Interim Radiology Manager Estimated Assignment end date is 7/5/2026.
This salaried assignment is paid at 40 hours per week regardless of hours worked.
Candidate must be available to support allshifts, with primary hours worked on day shift. Previous management experiencerequired (3+ years preferred).Manages staff in Diagnostic Imaging with primary focus beingthe Radiology Department. This includes management of general X-raytechnologists, MRI technologists, and Mammography technologists withapproximately 40 direct reports. Plays an integral role in departmentaloperations, including but not limited to; recruitment, hiring, training,scheduling, staff time and attendance, promoting, discharging, assigning work,performance evaluations, rewarding, and disciplining. Also includes assistingthe Vice President of Diagnostic Imaging with budgeting, management of suppliesand capital equipment assessment and procurement. Additional expectationsinclude supporting daily operations, workflow efficiency, regulatorycompliance, and quality assurance within the Radiology Department and broaderDiagnostic Imaging services. Will work with other Radiology modalitymanagers as part of the Diagnostic Imaging leadership team. The manager willhelp guide the department during the EMR transition from Cerner to EPICin early June. Must be currently ARRT registered in at least one imagingmodality.Equipment in use includes primarily GE and Philipsimaging systems. Previous experience with Workday and UKG ispreferred.
