Skilled Nursing Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Opportunity – Sioux Falls, South Dakota

Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

A patient-centered skilled nursing facility in Sioux Falls, South Dakota is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a permanent, full-time role. This position offers consistent 12-hour day shifts, strong hourly compensation, and the opportunity to provide meaningful, hands-on care in a supportive long-term care environment. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is included.

· Schedule determined based on department needs

Compensation & Incentives

· Hourly pay range: $18.50 – $25.50 per hour (based on experience)

· $2,500 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities

· Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

· Support mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort needs

· Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff

· Provide compassionate, person-centered care

· Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

· Accurately document care in PointClickCare

Requirements

· Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Required)

· BLS Certification (Required)

· Minimum 1 year of CNA experience (Required)
