Nursing Experience: 3–5 years (Required)
Leadership/Management Experience: Prior experience in Long-Term Care (Preferred)
Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
Certifications:
CPR Certification (Required – Documentation Required)
Infection Control Certification (Required – Documentation Required)
Technical Skills: Experience with Matrix software (Preferred)
On-Call: Participation in on-call rotations required
Weekend Requirement: One weekend per month
State License: Active Michigan Nursing License Required
