Travel RN – Medicine Specialty (Night Shift)
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: March 2, 2026
Shift: Nights
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week)
Weekly Pay: $2,362
Position Overview
Seeking a skilled Medicine Specialty RN for a 13-week travel assignment on night shifts. The RN will provide comprehensive care to adult patients with medical conditions requiring acute care management.
Key Responsibilities
- Care for an assigned group of patients with diverse medical conditions
- Monitor patient vitals and clinical status, intervening as needed
- Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products per physician orders
- Document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately
- Assist physicians with procedures and minor diagnostic tests
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
- Delegate tasks to support staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Active Oklahoma RN license or compact RN license (eNLC)
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
