Job Title: CT Technologist – Multi-Modality (XR/CT)
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (1900 – 0730)
Schedule: Every other weekend required
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Floating: Required
Position Overview
Facility is seeking an experienced Dual Modality CT Technologist (XR/CT) to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment.
This role requires strong competency in both CT and X-Ray modalities.
⚠️ CT and XRAY experience is mandatory to qualify for this position.
On-Call: As requested
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Radiology program
- Preferred: Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical radiology experience
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- Experience working with all age groups
Licensure & Certifications (Required at Time of Submission)
- Florida State DOH Licensure
- ARRT Certification (Minimum two Radiology modalities)
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- NIH Stroke Scale
- ARRT Certification Verification
Technical & Equipment Experience
- CT Scanners (Cannon experience preferred but not required)
- EMR: EPIC (Radiant)
- Imaging & patient care equipment proficiency
- Ability to perform and maintain competency in at least two imaging modalities
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills
Core Competencies
- Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and safety standards
- Ability to clearly communicate procedures to patients
- Excellent patient care and assessment skills
- Ability to work independently on night shifts
- Adaptability to float as required
Additional Assignment Notes
- NO RTO during the first 2 weeks of assignment
- Floating required
