Position

Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

⏰ Shift Details

Primary Shift: 3x12-Hour Days
🕖 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Alternate Shift: 3x12-Hour Nights
🌙 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Rotating D/N shifts possible
Facility will try to honor preferred shift but may rotate based on operational needs.
Must work every other holiday.

📋 Experience Requirements

✅ 18 months PERM experience in the specialty (before any travel assignments).
✅ 18 months RECENT Med/Surg Tele experience
(Travel experience counts toward this requirement.)
⭐ 1 year recent oncology/chemotherapy experience preferred, not required.
- Oncology nurses encouraged to apply.
- Training available for chemo administration if qualified.

📜 License & Certifications

✅ Ohio RN License (Permanent) OR Compact State License (in hand at submission)
✅ BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
✅ ACLS
✅ NIHSS Certification

📝 Additional Requirements

ECG rhythm recognition test during orientation (must pass).
SafeMedicate assessment during orientation (must pass).
Timekeeping system: Qualivis – Lotus
Traveler must meet hospital operational needs if shift changes are required.
