Mandatory Requirements
Licensure
- Active Alaska RN License (in hand required for Auto Offer)
- Pending license may be screened, but license must be active for Auto Offer
Certifications
- BLS (Required)
- ACM Certification (Preferred)
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
- Acute Care experience – Required
- Epic experience – Required
- First-time travelers accepted
Scheduling Requirements
- Shift: 5x8 Days
- Shift Times (one of the following):
- 0700–1530
- 0730–1600
- 0800–1630
- 0830–1700
- Weekend Requirement:
- Every other weekend OR
- 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule
- On-Call: Not required
- Floating: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs
- Block Schedule: Not available
Attendance & RTO Policy
- Only 1 time-off request per 13-week assignment (5 days or less)
- No holiday RTO permitted for Auto Offer
Local Candidate Policy
- Local candidates not accepted
- Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
