Description
Department: CT Tech
*Certifications Required: BLS, ARRT, ND state lic*
NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT FIT TESTING
- Will they have to float/cover any other areas?: X-ray
- Common types of imaging/studies performed & Job Duties: ER, inpatient, outpatient. Everything but heart and profusions - Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must be able to cover X-ray
- EMR &/or PACS (Picture Archive & Communication System: software & hardware) do they use: Meditech
- Department Specific Equipment (GE, Phillips, Siemens): Siemens 64 slice CT scanner, Siemens C-arm, x-ray, portable x-ray, and GE portable x-ray
- Is there a Radiology Supervisor or Lead Tech on each shift?: Yes during the day, by phone on nights. Night techs work alone
- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): Mixed shifts with varied start times // Team scheduling - Weekend Requirements: Yes- varies - Holiday Requirements: Yes
- Call or Standby requirement? Response time?: Yes
