Description

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in the state of New Jersey or Compact
  • BLS
  • 3–5 years of RN experience required
  • At least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete patient assessments, including health history, screenings, and triage
  • Create and adjust care plans based on each patient’s needs and age
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including more advanced clinical procedures
  • Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
  • Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment
  • Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations
  • Accurately document patient care in the medical record
  • Work closely with providers and care team members to ensure smooth, coordinated care
  • Participate in quality improvement and ongoing training
  • Help maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
