We proudly support newly graduated nurses through our exclusive Preceptor Program — a cutting-edge mentorship model designed specifically for homecare.
You’ll gain confidence and critical care experience with:
- G-tubes
- Tracheostomies
- Ventilators
- Pediatric high-acuity care
Our structured clinical training and continuing education programs are tailored to your experience level, setting you up for long-term success.
🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver care within your licensure scope (LPN/LVN or RN)
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Evaluate and adjust care plans in collaboration with physicians and supervisors
- Educate patients and families on care needs
- Mentor and support new nurses during patient-specific orientations
- Participate in Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement (QAPI)
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
- Complete required trainings and documentation
- Provide compassionate, professional communication at all times
✅ Role Qualifications
Required:
- LPN/LVN or RN license (unencumbered) in state of employment or Compact license
- 1+ year of experience preferred
- Valid CPR (in-person skills check)
- Clear background screening
- Knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts
- Clear TB screening (state specific)
- Clear Hep B screening (state specific)
- Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance (where required)
State-Specific Notes:
- Florida: Standard licensure and screening requirements apply

🏠 Work Environment
- Care provided in the patient’s home
