Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech (RN)

Location: Lillington, NC 27546

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day – 5x8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday, 08:00 AM – 5:00 PM); no call; no 10s or 12s
 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical support in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
• Assist with cardiac and peripheral procedures.
• Monitor patients during invasive cardiac procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to cath lab safety protocols.
• Perform cardiac rhythm monitoring and interpret EKG findings.
• Document procedures and patient care in Epic (required).
• Float within hospital or sister campus if needed.
• Comply with facility scrub color requirements (royal blue and white).
• Meet all compliance requirements including pre-start modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of Cath Lab experience (facility overview lists 1 year; compliance requires 2 years).
• Active state or compact RN license (pending license not accepted).
• Epic experience required.
• Strong cardiac cath lab procedural experience.
• Ability to pass Advanced EKG exam if required by specialty compliance.
• Local candidates not accepted within 50-mile radius.
• Maximum RTO: 4–6 days (only 1 holiday may be approved).
• Guaranteed hours.
• Background and license must be clear (no hits within the last year).
• Legal name must match all documentation (no aliases permitted).
• First-time travelers accepted.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RCIS certification highly preferred.
• Cardiac and peripheral cath experience preferred.
