Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel

Rolla, Missouri
13-Week Contract | 5x8 Day Shifts | 40 Hours Guaranteed

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no weekends or on-call requirements.

The OT will provide skilled therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the home setting, focusing on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • No weekends
  • No call

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial evaluations and reassessments
  • Develop and implement individualized plan of care
  • Complete OASIS documentation
  • Provide patient and caregiver education
  • Conduct home safety assessments
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and functional modifications
  • Complete discharge planning and documentation

Caseload & Territory

  • 4–5 patients per day depending on territory and drive time
  • Adults and geriatrics
  • Mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate

Requirements

  • Active Occupational Therapist license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • At least 1 year of Home Health experience required
  • Epic and OASIS experience required
  • BLS certification

Preferred Experience

  • Skilled Nursing (SNF) and LTAC exposure
  • Neuro rehabilitation (CVA, Parkinson’s, dementia)
  • Orthopedic rehab (hip/knee replacement, fractures)
  • Functional splinting and adaptive equipment training
Home Health OT – M–F 8:00–4:30. 40 hrs/week. No weekends or call. 2+ yrs experience required with 1+ yr Home Health. Epic and OASIS required. 4–5 visits/day. Mileage reimbursed.
