Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) –L&D Float Pool (Night Shift)
Department: Float Pool – Education & Non-Productive Hours
Shift: Night | 36 hours/week
Schedule: Must be available for full coverage in April (NO RTO)

Job Description:

Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients or assigned groups according to established standards and the nursing process. Supervises and directs assigned nursing staff and coordinates care with other disciplines, utilizing critical thinking, professional judgment, and supervisory discretion.

Note: Float Pool nurses working a unit must always clock in to the specific unit being worked.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
Acute care facility experience: Preferred

Licenses & Certifications:

Current RN licensure in state of practice – Required
CPR or BLS – Required
ACLS – Required
Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) – Required
