Description
Now Hiring: RN Case Manager –
Location: Clinton, MD
Start Date: 03/23/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 5x8s | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Highlights:
• Acute Care Hospital setting
• Patient Ratio: 1:35 (Days)
• Every other weekend required (2 weekends in 6-week rotation)
• Float to Medical Units, ICU/CCU, and Maternal Child
Requirements:
• MD RN License (Required)
• BLS (Required)
• 2+ years Case Management experience (Hard Stop)
• Inpatient discharge planning experience required
• Must manage up to 20 patient assignments per day
• Travel experience required
Will also consider LMSW, MSW, or LCSW with relevant inpatient case management experience.
