Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry
Location: Glendale, CA
Position Type: 13 Weeks (36–48 Hours Expected)
Shift: Day – 3x12 or 4x12 Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Job Description:
• Certifications: BLS required
• Experience: Must have recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• EMR: Cerner experience required
• Schedule: Day shift; 36 or 48 hours per week
• Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med Surg/Tele patients
Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team
Ensure accurate documentation in Cerner

• Submission Requirements: Must include RTO, Date of Birth, and Social at time of submission
