Description
Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
Location: Lodi, CA
Position Type: 13 Weeks (36–48 Hours Expected)
Shift: Day – 3x12 or 4x12 Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Job Description:
• Certifications: Active CA RN License required; BLS/CPR required
• Education: BSN preferred
• Experience: Acute care/ICU experience preferred
• Unit Details: 10-bed ICU; 2:1 staffing ratio
• Schedule: 36–48 hours/week; Self-scheduling; No call required
• Weekend Requirement: 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period
• Float Requirement: May float to MS/Tele and task in ED
• Medication System: Pyxis
• Documentation System: Cerner
• IV Team: No
• Lift Team: No
Responsibilities:
• Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop care plans
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team
• Supervise and delegate to assigned staff
• Participate in discharge planning and patient education
• Maintain compliance with hospital safety and documentation standards
Additional Requirements:
• Must comply with vaccination policy
• Facility participates in E-Verify
