ICU RN – Travel Assignment Start Date: 4/6 Shift: Nights – 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM ⚠️ Block scheduling is not guaranteed 36-Hour Guarantee Floating: Required Scrub Color: Navy Submission Requirements Local candidates accepted (within 75 miles – local rate applies) Charge Nurse experience preferred Updated resume with 2+ years of ICU experience in one or more of the following: ICU SICU CTICU Trauma ICU MS ICU Neuro ICU Travel experience must be documented on resume Skills checklist matching specialty Driver’s license (address must match demographics) Current AHA Certifications: ACLS BLS NIHSS NURSYS report with: Active NY RN license Verification of all active RN licenses RTO must be included at time of submission EMR experience required: EPIC Experience Requirements Must have experience with CRRT and Prismaflex Cardiac/Heart experience highly preferred (priority consideration) Unit Details Total Beds: 42 East: 20 beds West: 22 beds Neuro/Med: 22 CTICU: 6 Surg/Trauma: 14 Floating: Required to all units except Behavioral Health and ER (unless holding patients) Common Diagnoses Neuro/Med ICU: Stroke Sepsis AMS Neuro Intervention (TCAR) Respiratory Failure CHF Post-STEMI CTICU: CV Surgery Cardiogenic Shock AAA Surg/Trauma ICU: Trauma Major Post-Op Surgeries Specialty Equipment IABP CRRT (Prismaflex or NxStage) Ventriculostomy ICP Monitoring TTM (Arctic Sun)
