Description

📍 Licensing Requirement (Hawaii)

If the traveler does NOT have an active Hawaii license, they must apply immediately after offer acceptance.
Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license must be active before start date.

💉 Health Requirement

Proof of Flu Vaccination required before contract start
OR approved medical/religious exemption
Vaccine can be given during employee health clearance.

Active Hawaii Radiologic Technologist License (Radiographer)
ARRT (CT) certification through
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
