Description
Flu will be required prior to start - MUST HAVE MA LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION. Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday - Need an experienced hospice RN who will be expected to do 4-5 visits a day in the outpatient setting. This would include routine visits in facilities and in patient homes. RN will be expected to travel 30-50 miles a day. Miles are incurred typically in the travel to get to the first patient and then the remaining patients are in the nearby areas. NO local travelers will be accepted (cannot reside within 50 mi from the facility) NM to interview and offer Please provide dates and times available for interview at time of submission ALL RTO REQUESTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF SUB Travelers who have worked for Beth Israel Lahey Health as TRAVEL, perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted - MUST be separated from facility for 6 months to be considered
