Description
Pharmacist Inpatient Setting - ASAP and for 13 weeks
The request is for 40 hours/week, evening or overnight shifts only.
Evening: 1500 – 2330
Overnight: 2030 – 0730 M – Thurs and 1930 – 0730 Fri – Sun; (7 nights on/ 7 nights off)
MUST HAVE VA LICENSE IN HAND AT THE TIME OF SUBMITTAL - FIRM
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; PharmD, RPh required
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: IV experience, pain controlled analgesia, antibiotics, drug interactions, order entry, verify medication orders - required; Chemo experience, anticoagulants, Pharmacokinetic Dosing, Renal Dosing - preferred
1 year inpatient pharmacy experience required; travel experience preferred
Scrubs not provided; Professional dress or hunter green scrubs
EPIC charting experience required (FIRM)
