Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology

Licensure & Certifications:
Active IL RN License
BLS (AHA) required
ACLS (AHA) required
PALS (AHA) required

Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
BSN preferred

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience
Knowledge of patient care procedures, nursing care, assessment, and plan of care development
Ability to implement nursing interventions and adapt care during procedures
Strong communication skills and ability to provide emotional support
Ability to participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice projects
Moderate sedation administration, hemodynamic monitoring, arrhythmia identification, and clinical treatment implementation
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Understanding of procedural supplies and equipment

Assignment Type & Schedule:
Day shift, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend and holiday rotation required
On-call rotation may be required

Specialty Experience Required:

• Peripheral vascular work
• Venous and central lines
• Tube changes
• Neuro procedures preferred
• Arterial/venous embolization
• Venous thrombectomy
