Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join a busy acute care cardiac program. This role supports diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a fast-paced procedural environment.

The ideal candidate is confident circulating complex cardiac cases and managing procedural sedation and hemodynamics.

Schedule

• 4x10 Hour Day Shifts
• 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Call required:
  • One weekday call shift per week
  • One weekend (Friday–Sunday) per month

Unit Highlights

• 304-bed acute care hospital
• 5 Cath Lab rooms
• ~20 cases per day
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Epic charting
• Hospital-issued scrubs
• No floating to sister facilities

Responsibilities

• Circulate diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Assist with peripheral and coronary cases
• Monitor and administer procedural sedation
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Support device cases and advanced interventions
• Provide pre- and post-procedural patient care

Required Experience & Certifications

• Minimum 2 years Cath Lab RN experience
• EP/Cath experience required
• Active SC RN license or Compact license (must be active prior to start)
• BLS
• ACLS
• Radiation badge required (must be provided)

Additional Notes

• RTO must be submitted at time of application
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Travelers may be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June–November)
