What You'll Do:
As an integral part of our healthcare team, you'll deliver exceptional nursing care during night shifts, ensuring our residents' needs are met with sensitivity and professionalism. Located behind the facility are comfortable cottages—ask us about housing options—and meals are provided on-site to keep you energized for your shift.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting
• Basic EMR proficiency
• Flexibility or experience with block scheduling

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Valid LPN certification in Kansas
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical or long-term care environment

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work night shifts
• Reliable transportation (housing options available behind the facility)
• Must pass background and health screenings
