Description

Pre-Screen: Floating to the main OR is required and can be expected approximately 50% of the time. Please confirm your clinician is aware and comfortable with this requirement.
Certfications:Certs marked with * are preferred

ACLS, BLS, CNOR*
IN State license must be in hand to sub

Call Requirements:
- Every 3rd weekend
- 2 weekday call shifts per week
- Call begins once the scheduled shift is completed and continues until 0700 the following morning
- Team members must be able to respond within 30 minutes

Certs required: ACLS, BLS

Years of experience required: 2
