Position: PICU RN
Shift:

• Primary: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
• Alternate: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 – 19:30)
• Rotating Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Shifts may be variable if needed to meet the operational needs of the hospital
• Facility will try to honor traveler’s preferred shift, but reserves the right to rotate shifts if necessary
  
  Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 18 months of permanent (staff) experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel assignments
• Minimum 18 months of recent Pediatric experience required
• Travel experience may be considered
• Experience in epilepsy monitoring and specialized care for patients of all ages up to 25 years
  
  Licensure:
• Active Ohio RN License OR Compact State License required
• Certifications Required:
• BLS – AHA or American Red Cross
• ACLS – AHA or American Red Cross
• PALS – AHA or American Red Cross
• EKG competency required
• Inotropes experience required
• NIHSS preferred
  
  Additional Requirements:
• Traveler must work at least every other holiday
• ECG Rhythm Recognition Test will be completed during orientation
• SafeMedicate Assessment required during orientation
• Acceptable score required on both assessments
