Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in an acute care environment.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Maintain accurate patient documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ensure patient safety, infection control, and quality care standards are maintained.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
Acute care facility experience – Preferred

Licensure & Certifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice – Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR Certification – Required
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – Required
Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) – Required
