- Job Title: Registered Nurse – Rehab
- Facility Name: Sutter Coast Hospital
- Unit: RN Rehab (410-106440)
- Care Setting: Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Open Positions: 1
- Shift: Days – 3×12 Hours
- Shift Time: 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM
- Patient Ratio: 1:5
- Floating: Required (MCU/Telemetry as needed)
- Call: Required
- Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
- Charting System: Epic preferred
- Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
- Work Location: Sutter Coast Hospital, 800 E Washington Blvd, Crescent City, CA 95531
Job Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Acute rehab experience preferred
- Acute care hospital experience preferred
- License:
- Active California RN License
- Certifications (AHA Required):
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS (Preferred)
- Skills & Experience:
- IV therapy and blood product administration
- Feeding tube and PEG tube care
- Respiratory care and oxygen therapy
- Mobility assistance and orthopedic care
- Pain management and wound care
- Fall prevention and patient safety protocols
- Blood glucose monitoring and Foley catheter removal
