We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Affective Needs Elementary Teacher. This position is essential for supporting the educational and emotional development of students with mild to moderate special needs.

Schedule

• Tuesday through Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Monday of each month: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM for professional development

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction and support to students with affective needs.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Maintain an average caseload of under 10 students, working alongside another AN teacher to support a total of 18 students.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Colorado Special Education (SPED) License.
• Experience in special education, particularly with affective needs, is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
