Day Shift 3x12 ASAP Start 8 weeks **FLOAT POOL** Nurses will be first to float, not assigned to a specific unit. Floating between various Med/Surg & Med/Tele units at both Fairfield and Vacaville locations. Will not float between the 2 facilities mid-shift. Tele & previous travel experience required Managers want to see references with submittals Department is on AWS. DT after 12 hours per day, OT after 40 hours per week.

Communication: Proficient written, verbal, and electronic communication skills. Physical Effort: Performs all physical duties of the job. Requires lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and fine motor skills. Other: Completion of annual organizational requirements for employment. Utilizes effective communication skills to facilitate safe patient hand offs Documents nursing care per hospital policies. Utilizes manual and automated information systems to improve efficiency and effect productivity. Patient Satisfaction Accountable to meet or exceed unit and organizational goals. Contributes to positive patient care experience through their individual interactions with patients and families. Accountable to understand the impact of personal behaviors on patient experience. Accountable to assist in the resolution of complaints with the goal of immediate resolution if possible. Investigates physician, employee, and patient complaints and provides information to the CNIV or Clinical Manager. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

Experience: Minimum acute care three years (3) experience required. Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nursing. Associate Degree or BSN accepted. Required: CA RN License, AHA BLS
