License

Wisconsin Nursing License

Description

Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within last 3 years (required)
Strong Pre-Op and Phase II Post-Op experience
Epic experience required (within last 12 months preferred)
WI RN License or Compact License (must be in hand at submission)
BLS & ACLS (AHA only) required
Basic Arrhythmia knowledge required (must pass Telemetry exam)
