Travel Nursing Opportunity – RN Case Manager

Position Details:

Contract Length: 12.86 Weeks

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to support effective care transitions. Coordinate multidisciplinary services and discharge planning in collaboration with physicians, social workers, and community agencies. Utilize InterQual criteria to evaluate level of care and admission appropriateness. Advocate for patients and families by providing education on treatment plans and available resources. Monitor utilization of hospital resources while promoting high-quality, patient-centered care.

Role Overview:

Case management and utilization review responsibilities with an emphasis on discharge planning and care coordination. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to navigate multidisciplinary collaboration and complex patient needs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Active RN license
BLS (American Heart)
Case management or utilization review experience preferred
Knowledge of InterQual criteria (preferred)
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and electronic documentation systems)
