Travel RN – Emergency Room (ER)

Location: Leominster, MA
Shift: Nights – 3x12 (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Leominster, Massachusetts. The RN will provide care for patients across all age groups in a fast-paced emergency department while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Schedule:

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• Must be flexible to start up to 4 hours earlier or later than scheduled shift when needed

Unit Details:

• Emergency Department with approximately 40 beds
• Patient Ratio: 1:5
• Psych holding area located within the ED
• Patient populations include neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Responsibilities:

• Perform triage and emergency assessments
• Provide care for a wide range of emergency conditions
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Collaborate with respiratory services, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate patient documentation

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts RN License
• Minimum 18 months Emergency Room experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Epic experience strongly preferred
